Return policies for TCG purchases.

Trading card products, sealed collectibles, singles, and preorder items may have different return restrictions due to product condition, market movement, and manufacturer packaging.

Sealed Products

Sealed trading card products must remain unopened and in the same condition received to be considered for return. Opened booster boxes, packs, decks, tins, bundles, and other sealed products are not eligible for return once opened.

Singles, Slabs, and Condition-Sensitive Items

Singles, graded cards, slabs, and condition-sensitive collectibles are reviewed carefully before sale. Because card condition and market prices can change quickly, these items may be final sale unless there is a verified issue with the order.

Preorders

Preorder availability, fulfillment timing, and quantities may depend on distributor allocation and official release schedules. Contact us with preorder questions before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
